What makes our hampers / care packages unique?

Our care packages are not your typical hamper. In keeping with our sustability ethos, all items are locally designed and made by companies whose values align with ours. Many items are plant-based, most are small batch. When you purchase a care package through us, you're supporting many small Australian businesses. Rather than a typical hamper gift box, our hessian basket is to-keep - it can be re-purposed as a pot cover or storage basket.

how are our care packages presented?

Your gifts will arrive packed and beautifully presented in one of our hessian baskets. Our hessian baskets are re-usable and oh so handy with multiple purposes, including plant pot cover and storage basket. If we're delivering your gift same day with our Melbourne or Geelong couriers, your care package will be hand delivered in our recylced kraft paper gift bags with Hello Botanical branding. For Australia-wide gift hamper deliveries, your care package will be sent in our recyclable kraft paper mailing boxes with our environmentally-friendly (water-activated) Hello Botanical packing tape.

Our Care Packages are available for same day gift delivery across Melbourne, Geelong and the Surf Coast, Monday to Friday. For same day Melbourne gift delivery, order by 12:30pm. For same day Geelong and Surf Coast gift delivery, order by 11am. You can also pre-book for a future date.

Our Care Packages are also available for Australia-wide gift delivery (delivered within 5 business days).
